*the 48 hours residency requirement means that couples can get married in Antigua 2 days after arrival. One of these days must be a business day. In Antigua the day of arrival can be included in the residency period, but public holidays are not included.

- Each public holiday in Antigua moves the earliest wedding day out by one day. No Sunday weddings.
- Final payment on wedding options is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival are fully refundable, except for non-refundable items including but not limited to certain deposits, administrative fees, custom third-party vendor items, external event suppliers and photography, entertainment, etc.
- Floral Purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE or transferable if cancelled within 45 days of arrival.
- Cancellations made 44-31 days prior to arrival will receive of 50% refund, except for non-refundable items listed above.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- All couples must hand carry all original government issued and/or court certified documents with raised/embossed seals & stamps.
