Notarized copies of both bride and groom’s valid Passport Photo ID.

Notarized copies of legal adoption papers or legal name change (if applicable).

Certified copies of all previous divorce decrees, including all pages of court certified final judgment for both bride and groom (if applicable).

Notarized copies of former spouse’s government issued death certificate and related notarized marriage certificate (if applicable).

Notarized copies of legal translation of all documents to English along with notarized documents in original language (if applicable).

*the 48 hours residency requirement means that couples can get married in Saint Vincent 2 days after arrival. In Saint Vincent the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays are included in the residency period.

- Final payment on wedding options is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival are fully refundable, except for non-refundable items including but not limited to certain deposits, administrative fees, custom third-party vendor items, external event suppliers and photography, entertainment, etc.
- Floral Purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE or transferable if cancelled within 45 days of arrival.
- Cancellations made 44-31 days prior to arrival will receive of 50% refund, except for non-refundable items listed above.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
